Is the collection really free?
Yes.
When you book a storage service for a minimum period of 4 months, we offer free collection within the Greater London area.
The free collection promotion applies to standard services only and can be booked exclusively during the promotional months: March, April, May, September, October and November, subject to operational conditions.
Availability is limited and subject to capacity.
Any additional costs required at the time of collection (e.g. external lifts or complex items) will be communicated before confirmation.
Can I access my belongings during the storage period?
Yes, by appointment.
As your items are stored in dedicated containers, access is provided with the assistance of our team to ensure maximum security and proper handling.
There is a £30 charge per access, covering the operational handling required to safely retrieve your belongings.
Can I leave my belongings in storage for several years?
Yes.
There are no maximum time limits or contractual restrictions. You can store your belongings for as long as you wish, including long-term periods.
We offer flexible solutions designed to adapt to your needs, whether short-term or long-term storage.
